In Reach Bungie employees had a Bungie Nameplate, with Haunted Helmet and Blue Flame Armour Effects, all of which was made available to players, despite being Employee exclusive.
If you want the 343i ones, there is always hope

They were glitched and available in the HCS pack early on. About 150 are out in the wild. Greenskull has them.
I’ve seen none in matchmaking.
I think they are planing something with the skins this topic has been brought up a lot and they haven’t acknowledged it or took them down I think it’s on purpose but why also how to obtain them is the real question…
like what bungie did when you linked your account to the bungie site but all you got was a bungie logo on your name plate i think in halo 2.
I did notice them appear after the update. something is up with it…

^ correct, seems like, similar to what happened when the HCS pack released, the skins were added to the pool accidentally. They should indeed be for 343 employees only

That 97% Complete is going to Bother me so badly.
