The monetization, unlocks, and weapons are handled better in that game.
I heard they have slayer there too.
I’ve played a lot of Splitgate, their system is okay. You get free cosmetic items more regularly but they aren’t exactly strong quality. They added a load of really basic weapon skins into the game to ensure you can keep getting them from your daily drop instead of anything else. I’ve never had a very rare item through the drops and I’ve opened plenty. The battle pass is decent enough, some nice stuff and you get split coin. The referral codes have some cool stuff in too, but generally ended up just being annoying with people spamming and scamming them everywhere.
Not sure what you mean by the weapons being better though as the gunplay is generally poor in Splitgate and one of the only things that let it down for me as a key arena game to regularly play.
Something I really like that they’ve done is released holiday versions of the maps. Really hoping Halo has some snowy/night time versions of the same maps. Streets with some snow and Christmas lights would be bellissimo.
