There have been countless rumors about 343. Why hasn’t 343 confirmed or denied anything? Don’t you think they should let the fans know so were not disappointed?!?!
I 100% agree I believe 343 should make a statement about the leaks and rumors and the fact that 343 or Microsoft have not denied the leaks is pretty interesting. If they don’t give the fans what they want it will hurt halo infinites launch

Yea standard practice shouldn’t be about deceiving their fans I’ve been playing video games for 20 years and I never seen rumors of this severity. Have you ever seen rumors about releasing a multiplayer early in any other game a month before it’s launch ?
It’s the reality that they haven’t shut down these rumors that has everyone excited. 343i has been rather keen to dispel large and untrue things regarding their game, and as this rumor gets bigger, just silence from the studio.

Didn’t 343 shut down battle royale? Not sure if they have been following their standard practice.
Living in the year 2021 the world is much more soft and people are more emotional. It’s not right to leave fans in the dark about a game they have waited 6 years for. People attack and review bomb or straight up shit on companies that lie to them I feel 343 would’ve denied these rumors by now
Now it makes sense why they didn’t say anything. Not fully out but possible to play.
But why not hype up the fans? Keeping it a secret and making it a “surprise” is not the best tactic for trying to make as many people possible play the game. I thought the point of making it free was to increase population. But then they do a sales tactic that completely contradicts this.
Enough people will play the beta and I’m sure there will be more marketing around the 8th.

Yeah. Lol. It isn’t full release but we can play it in beta form. This is kinda like a public Flight but for everyone. I’m glad people get to play but what I want isn’t available until full release so it isn’t the same for me.

No, the rumors were completely right. “Beta” is clever marketing that gives 343i an obvious thing to blame for any technical issues. This is in fact the multiplayer segment in its large majority.
I was thinking I was going to be playing Swat and get the full experience, which isn’t the case here. That’s why I say half right. Having this beta is a smart thing to do on their part.
