Should 343 Industries make another Halo game featuring Noble Six as their main character?
To make this brief, Noble Six has been my favorite character since Halo: Reach was first released. From what I’ve read, Noble Six actually participated in missions before the events of Reach. Maybe make a Halo: Noble Six or Halo: Insurrection _____ ? Let me know what you guys think!
Part of me would love to see a Noble Six story just because of the brief dialogue and backstory in the Halo: Reach. However, at the same time, the fact that Noble Six is “you” and customizable kind of kills some of that for me. I enjoy characters with aren’t silent protagonists or completely customizable because they come off flat more often than not. That might be one of the reasons I didn’t like Reach or ODST as much as other games in the franchise, personally.
I’d prefer to see a game featuring The Rookie and Buck’s squad. They were far better characterized than members of Noble Team, and their fate has been left ambiguous. There’s so much potential ways to continue their story; however Noble Team are dead. While I think it’s pointless to create a prequel to a prequel so that we may play as Noble Six again. They weren’t a greatly interesting character because they were just a black canvas for the player to fill – more-so than Master Chief (Halo 1-3) and The Rookie were.
Noble 6 isn’t a concrete enough character. He or She could be a pink EOD spartan, or a Blue MK VI. I’d prefer the Rookie, because He is at least mysterious.

Imagine a game with him again, maaaaaaannnn it would be epic!!!
It would be awesome for a noble 6 game! There’s so much they could do with it but I’d prefer a game that takes place after Reach. I know he died but game characters have surprised me before by surviving sure deaths and it probably wouldn’t happen but imagine the stuff they could do…
That’s a pretty good idea. After all a lot of Noble Six’s past was shrouded in mystery. All we know from the games is that he was a pilot in the Sabre program, he was a lone wolf, and he could make whole covenant squads disappear. They could also make a game on Noble Team Pre-Six or post Reach with Jun. If you didn’t know Six is actually the 7th member of Noble Team, one of many 7 references throughout the Halo games. Before Six there was another team member of Noble Team by the name of Thom-293. In the very beginning of the game Carter tells Six, “You’re stepping into some shoes the squad would rather leave unfilled”. This is the only reference to Thom in Halo Reach. If you watch the Halo Reach Deliver Hope trailer he’s the one who carries the nuke after Kat is hit with a banshee bomb. They could make a Halo game where you play as a member of Noble Team leading up to the events of Thom’s death which leads up to the events of Halo Reach. As for Jun not much is known about what happened to him when he split from Carter, Emile, and Six to escort Dr. Halsey somewhere safe. For the longest time many people who read the books believed he was dead for it was said that two of Dr. Halsey’s escorts were killed. Recently I found out that Jun is actually aboard the Infinity and is responsible for training the Spartan IV’s. He even handpicked Sarah Palmer to be a Spartan IV. Between the last level of Halo Reach and Halo 4 it’s unknown what happened to Jun in that point in time. It would be interesting to see what he did while Master Chief was saving the universe.

There is a Noble Six game. It’s called Halo Reach.
Showing more history for N6 would be nice.
Noble Six (You) died, they did this so they didn’t mess up the master chief story.

I would like to see Noble six in his earlier Spartan Career, however nobothehobo17 is right, Halo Reach was there to show Noble six at his climax and i think it would be cool to see earlier parts of him in action, but i doubt there would be much to base an entire idea around.
possibly him and a couple of other characters together in a game to see how they all became who they are, but not just a Noble six game.
Good idea though
No offense, but the last thing I’d like to see is a prequel for my prequel. What would the story even be? It would just be carrying out operations against covies or insurrectionists; hardly a halo story.
I also generally dislike prequels as you almost always know how they end.
It’s like the Phantom Pain. I don’t really count it as a true prequel as it continues Big Boss’ story, but from knowing the original MGS, you can pretty much assume Big Boss and Miller will fall out by the end and that he will evolve into the extremist he is known as in the original games. The entire draw is seeing how that happens, but that the same time I hate knowing how parts of the story will turn out.
I think it would be a good idea whilst the game could still make 6 a customizable character it would also fill in so much although it would be good if he started the game with the default armor except gold visor and the UA attachment for the Mark V B helmet the game could take place before or even after reach with the game showing what he did before reach and dealing with insurrections or even showing how he escaped reach and than that could lead to what he did after and even bringing Jun from Noble Team to help him escape so I think it is a great Idea that will be very successful or go horribly wrong just no face reveals for Six.

Man, I would love to see Noble Six back. 343 could do it if they wanted, but they probably won’t. It was cool to be apart of the halo story, sorry Crimson, u don’t count.
I think a back-story for Noble Six would have made a great DLC for Reach.

But with Rookie he is just a silent character most of the time (I know noble 6 is too I’m not an idiot) but Noble team actually started to like him later on.
