Just observing here, but as I frequent these forums, I see you and a few other users are always dismissive 343 supporters.
You’re honestly satisfied, and hope this game launches in a week?
A delay isnt going to happen again, but at this point, I’d welcome a delay
Delaying the game to fix all this obviously bad stuff is way better than releasing the game in it’s current state, I hope they do delay MP and release the campaign for us to enjoy while we wait for the MP to be ready we can only hope
Gameplay should be just as important as battle pass and customization. Personally I hope Halo doesn’t get a BR as I don’t think it needs to copy everyone else. I also don’t think the game needed another delay at all. It just needs a few large updates. Which will come soon.
It’s kind of dumb reading these posts and there has been a lot of them about how 343 is handling this game vary, vary poorly.
The dumb part isn’t the player creating the post. It’s knowing 343 isn’t going to change much because it looks like they are basing (the entire game around a stopped shop.) The dumbest thing any company can ever do when it comes to a game like this.
In spite of all the issues, Bungie had back then with Halo/Microsoft. Bungie back then had it right, and 343 right now has it all wrong.
Fun point- they already have. Forge isn’t coming till 9 months away. Campaign coop in 6. There are no service records or ranks, barely any playlists, limited weapon sandbox, balancing issues.
The whole game is launching in early access, they just don’t wanna call it that because it’s admitting defeat and they want your $$$
Yeah tbh bro I’m extremely satisfied. Gameplay is king and this is a very fun game for me. If they drop nothing at launch id be fine with that, would be nice to get some classic modes and a fix to ranking system.
I’ll have the campaign on launch to keep me busy.
I’ll want new maps, but I’m sure they’ll come soon enough.
Yeah, game is real dead. You can instantly join a match at any hour of the day, people are talking about it nonstop on social media, and videos are getting posted to YouTube constantly, but okay, the game is dead lol.
Bungie and 343i forums have always been this constant echo chamber of complainers. I’m not making any judgments about the overall validity of complaints. I only want to point out that the forums are not representative of the true player base and how they feel.
Now there is clearly widespread dissatisfaction with the XP system, and it’s no surprise the switch to F2P model would introduce crappy business models that F2P games are known for, but this game is not dead and people love playing it. You can tell, even the vast majority of the complainers are putting hours into the game every day.
When you say “this community”, do you mean everyone who visits this site and other forums like this? Or do you just mean you and your like-minded online friends?
Was your post serious? I honestly can’t tell.
