343 Should Have Went With Unreal Engine 4

It’s said that they were going to use that engine for Halo Infinite. If that’s the case, they should have gone with it. Development would have been easier, less troubling, and would have saved them time.

343 should also stop changing gameplay designs that aren’t broke. There is a reason Halo 2 & 3 are considered the best in the franchise. If it’s not broken don’t “fix” it.

The game launched terribly as it was. Using more advanced teach would only have made it worse.

UE4 isnt advanced lol. Many game studios have used it and still uses it because of how reliable it is unlike the “slipspace engine to deilver content more seamlessly.”

This is the argument I would give regarding their decision to develop the Slipspace Engine, the one which is supposedly so stupid and clunky to handle.

FORGET Unreal Engine 4! Unreal Engine 5 is the next evolution of video games and computer animation and Halo Infinite would be INCREDIBLE on UE5!
