Not that I am one for grenade spam but to not be able to pick one up when you need it just sucks. Or at the very least put in more places to pick them up. Before you say, well just pick the option, let me say this, it makes no sense to be able to pick up other guns or ammo and not be able to pick up grenades.
You can select the “Resupply” in Tactical Package. It allows the recovery of grenades from fallen allies and foes and only costs 1 SP.
I had resupply on a loadout for a while and really never noticed any extra nades coming my way. I think everybody just wastes their grenades in this game

Yeah, I think it’s not really necessary imo.
Are there even grenades that spawn on the map anymore?
I was surprised to find the access to grenades as limited as it is. I also agree that it makes no sense at all that a player can pick up an opponent’s weapon, but not his grenades…

I usually rely on either dexterity or AA Efficiency.
So you’re saying like you drop a guy with a DMR who is also using a DMR you can run over him and get your ammo back, you be should be able to do the same with grenades?
I disagree. Grenades, if used right, are like power weapons. I have pulled a death from the grave out more than anything just timing a well thrown plasma sticky when I know I’m going down. I think that is definitely handled properly with the resupply option.
I barely noticed the inability to pick them up, actually. And even if I did need them, their spawns are scattered all around the map, so it’s just a matter of a 2 second sidetrip
