The Lobby is cycling 3 messages and the server is not able to do any of the 3 downloads.May we please have an update that you are aware of the server issues and are looking into this.Thank you.
XBOX LIVE is aware and requested notification sent to 343.The server down issues has happened in recent memory and usually someone notifies the community that 343 is aware and working on it.I believe in one instance the fix took up to a week.Hopefully,343 is already aware and working on it.
