343, in all honesty, whatever server infrastructure is being used for Halo 5 it is not working at all. Why don’t you abandon the current hardware and take out a loan or something and purchase something shinier and newer? The current setup is alienating customers and causing a lot of pain. My ISP FINALLY dug into the issue and found that the latency to your servers is outrageous beyond their control. If it is the Azure servers it is clearly not working and the technology is a pipe dream for Microsoft. Please do something to save your product.
