343 says that you have to get to level 3 to unlock the REQ pack which contains the Achilles armour, but they never said anything about COMPLETING level 3 whereas 343 lied to the entire Halo community by saying “Oh get to level three in ALL of your kill commendations and we’ll give you your body armour” But if you look in your Spartan companies progress, it says that you have to COMPLETE level 3 to earn it. Nicely played 343…you just screwed over the Halo community again…

They just suck at writing and conveying their message in a clear way.
While yes its a bummer since my company is close to have 3/3 on all comms, it makes sense for the level to be complete you have to actually finish the requirements for the level.
I think that what they said could be taken ambiguously, but I interpreted it as complete level three. If you’re going to have to complete level five to get the helmet anyway, what does it matter whether it’s just get to level three or complete level three to get the armor?
