From officialdom:
Let’s talk about cheating!
Unfortunately, cheating is a natural part of supporting a F2P PC game and it’s one we anticipated. It’ll never go away entirely, but we’re prepared and committed to releasing consistent improvements to our game’s systems and taking action on bad actors. @ Unyshekttps://twitter.com/Unyshek/status/1465509016767852544
Please report bad actors on the @ HaloSupport site using ttp://aka.ms/HaloReportAPlayer. We know having a “Report Player” feature in-game is desired, but please use this method to file reports for now. Also, including video evidence makes things much easier on the Halo Safety team @ Unyshek

We have more anti-cheat measures in the pipeline. In the meantime, please use this link to report bad actors. The banhammer is unlimbered and ready for action. @ joestaten

We are always keeping an eye on this stuff, real threats, false positives etc. If you see something, say something. You may not always get a response - and certainly there’ll be things we won’t talk about, but at least trust someone is seeing reports like this. @ franklez
