I have tried multiple times to get in contact with 343 only to be completely ignored.
I’m trying to play multiplayer and I cant. It’s says Could not find a server that was suitable for all members of your fireteam. I haven’t been able to play multiplayer once
When having an open NAT and a solid connection and being hard wired into my modem, I can now no longer connect to the Halo matchmaking servers. If I use wireless off of a router in my house I can get a connection, but it results in lag. I have no issues with Gears of War, or any other matchmaking. I have called my ISP, and Xbox multiple times. I didn’t have this issue at launch or during November, why now? I get a red triangle at the matchmaking screen saying I can’t connect. I have Comcast internet.
I have a wired connection to my router and my nat type is open ive also forwarded all the required ports all other games work fine on multiplayer but since I bought halo 5 it never ever works online I played through completed campaign solo on legendary then said nice lets get started on multiplayer and it just won’t work, I click arena or warzone, a circle comes up ten seconds later says unable to access halo 5 lobby service , I have restarted a million times , I have done every fix imaginable and still nothing I managed to get on yesterday for few games then it just went again. My internet is fine BTW on wifi is 40-50 mbps download speed and 30 mbps on upload speed , plus I’m using it on Ethernet, all my other devices work lightening fast so don’t say its internet, I’ve port forwarded I’ve done everything I ever heard of and nothing is different, even when I got on yesterday I couldn’t even use the req system kept just loading never opening so I couldn’t even use power guns or buffs or boosts or nothing just run around with default guns. Had nothing but trouble for months with halo 4 aswell eventually a patch fixed that slightly. Halo is my favourite game I’m a huge fan I’m obsessed with the lore, I go to work come home play my -Yoink!- halo. This is just unacceptable I buy the damn thing then for months it doesn’t work, no reimbursement of Xbox gold time no money no nothing just here is our game if it works it works if not meh soz bout that, like wth I’m furious no one ever fixes a single thing like does no one care that customers are furious why does no one give a crap anymore I want this fixed I wanna be able play the game I have paid for and pay sub for someone anyone if you know anything please help this is ruining my most favourite thing in the world I have one thing that is just for me my little hobby something that makes me happy 343 your killing it seriously.
I also have the same issue with the sever not being suitable for all members of the fireteam. Clearly theres lots of people with a similar issue so I have no idea why 343 arent fixing it…
Yeah, been waiting on an update since October 16, 2015… Still no response as of yet.
