Halo Waypoint allows users to customize their Spartans in Halo 5: Guardians prior to loading up the game, but, recently, the scroll bar to go through the various armor options has vanished, and it’s impossible to select anything other than what you already have equipped and options near it.
What browser are you using and on what device? Also does this happen on multiple devices

Google Chrome on my PC, and I don’t own another device to try this out on (with the exception of my Xbox One.)
Cool. Ok I can confirm the issue in Chrome, Edge Chrome and MS Edge but there should be a work around, at least for mouse users or mobile users. If you place your mouse cursor over the area where you choose your armour, you should be able to use the scroll wheel to navigate through the list. I’ll pass on details of the bug for you, thanks for flagging!

Current known workaround:
Use Opera. 
No really. I sent the thread over to our webteam and she came over to look and looked down on my choice of browser. BUT IT HAS A SCROLLBAR SO WHO’S LAUGHING NOW, JAE?! 
But forreal. Passed it on.

I think that 343 Industries should issue obscure browsers to its employees for this very reason.
I’m glad that it’s being looked into.
