Be patient and wait for your system to refresh, or restart your game

I’ve had issues where I needed to get in contact with them, and I couldnt reach out to anyone. So that scares me a bit lol.

yeah signed in an out, restarted the game and restarted the xbox.

Is this a common issue people have after an update? cause its never happened to me before
Req points disappear all the time. However they always seem to load back up eventually. I wouldn’t worry about anything and just be patient.

I’ve had this happen to me before I played a few games and all the req points came back so don’t worry
I lost all my points last update, they came back after playing a round of BTB. Lol

good idea, i just did theyre all there. gonna play a quick round of swat and hopefully that’ll bring them back

NP. I think they are recycling the RP system as they update the new req’s which is why it is showing 0 for some players. That is a good thing. You will get your points back.
I can’t even sign in and play. Its telling me to go offline. wifi connection is working and I can see the app store.

That means yours is about to update I wouldn’t worry mate.

No its done updating.
Try a hard reset of your xbox
My req points are gone as well and I have hard reseted twice… there went 70k points… maybe they will re appear when the req store updates with the reach req pack
mine are all gone as well. and im not getting any new unlocks. im just getting req points back. WTF is this?

If you payed the slightest of attention you would know that the reqs don’t go live for a few hours.
Maybe the reqs are a separate release than the update?
