Still down for me as well. I’m hoping by the end of the Yap Yap event in 4 days it’ll be resolved. I’m trying to go for the Monopolized achievement, but I don’t wanna complete any of the levels until I know 100% my times will sync here on Waypoint lol.
I posted on the Halo subreddit about this same issue. Seems like no one knows what’s going on.

I’m having the same issue, have been working on monopolized too and the runs seem to save to the Global leaderboard in game so hopefully once this comes back will update here too

I’ll echo this issue as well. Tried loading four days ago to see if my legendary time on Floodgate registered. Fingers crossed.
Same, just finished the legend achievement, hoping it syncs with waypoint.

343 are actively investigating this right now. As soon as they have somethingto share relating to it being fixed, they will post back and let us know
Curious to see if this is related to an update to the PGCR. I know that’s on their to-do list, but if that’s the case my guess is that this may not be resolved as quickly as if this were due to a quick issue to investigate. We’ll see, I’ll keep my fingers crossed.

Out of curiosity, is it possible that this service record issue is related to the MCC coming to PC, as well as the fact that Reach is being added to both versions of the MCC?

I mean that’s possible, I guess. That would partially explain why it’s the MCC service record specifically that’s having problems. But it could also just be a coincidence, who knows?

Could be possible indeed! I think bringing and connecting it to the PC will involve some technical upgrades haha!
