Yes, 343 are still working on it. Yesterday was holiday for the company but they will be resuming work today.
Its happening when ever i order any units to move to or attack another unit. Hard to find a work around with no controller

We are still actively looking into the issue. As it appears to be related to a Windows update, it’s a bit more complex of a fix and I have no ETA.

This may not be the time or place but… What about HW3? You guys had a concept started. Why not create that. You keep putting in time to HW2 and it was reported that updates will stop for this game about now anyway. It’s obvious that the Wars community is strong and faithful. If you could launch HW3 with ACTUAL advertisements this time you could pull the numbers that HW2 should’ve on launch month. Hell, I’d pay 100 bucks for HW3. This is the only playable rts left unless you want a 4 hour game of a 15 year old AoE… idk, you guys know best and thank you for giving us many years of 2 very awesome games! I enjoyed it all, except this lol

Hey Guys! I have a band-aide fix for those of you who are crashing on pc when ever you command your units to take action. If you use a controller like xbox or (ps4 in my case) and it work fine. No crashes.

lo mismo me pasa a mi, desde hace 3 dias, inicio el juego ya sea una partida Online o la campaña después de 20 minutos el juego se cierra por completo y me manda al inicio de windows

They believe they have identified a fix and are actively running test passes on a new build. The next step following that is to get the build into cert and published out.
I don’t have specific timelines but we are progressing on getting this issue resolved. As before, you can still play using a controller in the meantime.

It looks like I got the same crashing issue when I try to get my units to interact with objects (supplies or garrisons) or attacking an enemy issue playing the game on my laptop. Here is the requested information:

Puede ser otra causa. el problema es que el juego se cierra cuando mandas a una unidad a recoger suministros o atacar. se soluciona utilizando un mando de consola en lugar del mouse y teclado. Aunque yo ya puedo jugar con el teclado y mouse sin inconvenientes desde ayer en la tarde.

well at least we have an update, thanks for your hard work, i can not play with a control because, well, i dont have one so i can´t wait for the patch
i have the problem in windows 10 1909 i will click on something to attack or collect some resource the game simply closes has any prediction of when it will fix the problem to use the keyboard and mouse i love this game.

As of 19-20 hrs ago there is a patch in the certification process that will fix this No ETA yet but should be soon, in the mean time use a controller to play if possible.
