I don’t think so. This is an issue with the servers, not the game. It’s them who -Yoinked!- up.

Well I hope! Otherwise that means something is very wrong on my end as well as theirs. I wonder what is taking so long.

At this point I expect it to be a patch to the game since there’s a lot of things wrong with the game still on Xbox One.
bungie Didn’t have this problem Someone needs to nut check 343i into gear
Im trying to play Reach on my Xbox One but it says that the Halo Reach server is un available at this time: Please try again later.
I tried closing the game, reinstalling it, restarting the xbox and nothing, I used to love this game
I knew 343 would forget about Reach One day
Ohhhh man, this is terrible. 343 please repair that inmediatly

Most likely still getting used to the Game’s coding. I mean Halo 4 may have been based off the engine, but they haven’t natively touched the Reach engine for…well, it’s been a while at least.
thought halo reach was dead. meh who knew.
I needs to come back soon
343 if’re reading this please fix also the framerate…

Play mostly with my youngest son. The lack of splitscreen does not allow us to have the same fun with Halo 5…

lol wut 6k-9k people still play every day and Halo 5 has less than 50k which means reach has 1/5th or so of Halo 5’s population

Bungie had lots of problems with Reach lmfao.
Literally the problems we’re experiencing is because the servers are so old. You can’t just replace a server with a completely brand new one and expect it all to work. You would have to modify the game it-self to work on the new server to begin with.
And because the server is so old, it’s starting to deteriorate slowly from the looks of it. Same exact thing is happening to Halo 3 as well, especially with it’s population numbers glitching up for Halo 3 (started doing that around 2010-2012 from the looks of it, still does it to this day)
Another thing to note is Halo Reach being backwards compatible with the Xbox One. It puts even more stress on the aging server already.
So obviously, Bugs and glitches are gonna start popping up in the online play of the game it-self.

lol wut Most games today barely get 20k players, this includes the behemoth Call Of Duty as well. It just goes to show that not everyone plays online anymore, mostly single player nowadays.
Halo 5 even getting 50-100k players on a daily basis is astonishing especially in this day and age.

According to Steam charts, Call Of Duty BO3 barely gets 10,000 players on a daily basis.
http://steamcharts.com/app/311210
But that’s on PC, Not console, right? Cause Call Of Duty is a “console game” riightttt.
It had a peak of over 80k at launch. Now it can’t even get 10k. Damn, what a shame.
Another thing I’d like to point out is all the issues people are having with BO3, it’s servers, connecting with friends, or just people in general. Tons of problems are happening. This is likely due to the low population, as you’ve seen not many people are actually mentioning any of it to begin with, as the same exact thing happened to Halo MCC despite Halo MCC already having long load times to begin with.

Server?
My Reach can’t even start up on my X1; everytime it does during the intro, it kicks me back to the main menu!
