HALO REACH was always a great game, just need support
What can we do to get attention to this issue? It’s been 3 days already. It needs fixing.
It is indeed a shame that the servers have been down for such an extended time period. Not only does it reset everyone’s rank and limit credit cap, but it also affects the connection, at least from my experience, making it worse than what it already is. Playing Halo Reach with the servers down is like trying to construct a skyscraper with no foundation. -Pure Incarnate
I’m just glad to see I’m not the only one having the problem. I just don’t understand why it won’t load the armor even when you’re playing by yourself. I mean your service record is already loaded in the menu along with what you have equipped for armor, so why won’t it physically appear in campaign or custom firefight?
P.S. For those who play it on Xbox One, have you experienced in issue in theater when you skip back on a clip the film experiences an error and goes back to the menu? It only seems to happen for Xbox One but not the 360.

Agreed, and this probably at least the fifth time that this has happened in this year alone. However, nearly 4 whole days of this is simply ridiculous. 343i really needs to fix the servers soon, because there are still thousands of players faithful to Halo Reach.
I just got off a chat with the Xbox tech, he states that this is a known issues and they are working as quickly as possible to fix the problem.
HE ALSO STATED THEY ARE NOT SHUTTING DOWN THE SERVERS FOR HALO REACH. This would be something that Microsoft/343 would notify users of prior to them actually shutting down those servers.

Obviously they aren’t shutting down the servers?
I don’t see why people keep thinking that.
Reach still holds a decent player population, given the age of the game.
Even Halo 3 servers are still online, and barely anyone plays that anymore.
It wont let me play any games online just kicks me out and says connection lost. Do i need a fireteam or does my xbox onw just suck. Cause the guy im living with plays destiny all day and has no connection problems. But i cant seem to play anything online. If anyone knows anythinf that will help please respond. Cause halo is my favoritw series of first person shooters but this is either way too confusing or something is wrong with my Xbox

If you’re entirely unable to play online, it’s most likely something on your end.

That moment when me and my friend eandomly decided to play Reach today and this is going on so it makes the campaign far kess enjoyable, but at least multiplayer still works, somewhat.
I know this is totally unrelated and stuff, but as there is a big following for this thread, I was wondering if anyone who wants to go for the Vidmaster challenges in ODST would want to team up? I like 100% completion at times, and the two achievements that will be hard for me now are the two 4-player ones as no one really plays ODST anymore. If so, hit me up.

Yeah, these issues have been going on for the majority of the week.
I only managed to found out firsthand because a friend mentioned a new patch on Xbone back-compat.
It does run wayyy smoother, but there are all these other issues now unfortunately.
Play halo 5 
I don’t know whether that was proper advice, but people who play Halo: Reach - who are having this issue - probably don’t have a One to play it with. Heh.

I was just about to say this actually.
But yeah, no. I don’t really care for Halo 5 anymore.
I was super excited to find out there was a new patch to fix Reach back-compat, but then all this server slip-up happened.
