Halo: Reach - current issues:
• All Spartan appearance options set to default (armor, color, emblem).
• Rank is displayed as Recruit for all players in the lobby.
• Post-game, Cr earned is incredibly low due to an “offline credit limit,” despite clearly having finished a game in online matchmaking. Challenges unavailable.
If something new comes up, please be sure to post on the thread and I’ll edit the OP.
I hope we can manage to get this resolved as soon as possible.

It’s so annoying. Reach is the only game I play, so not having the ability to rank up really sucks. I hope I get credits for the amount of games I’ve played over the last 24 hours haha. I know I won’t, but here’s to hoping.

For whatever reason, recruits can’t play on Co-op Campaign because the rank is too low, everyone should be aware of this because you won’t find another place where recruits can’t play in matchmaking.
Because of this, Co-op Campaign is now unavailable (good job Bungie… I guess) .
Y’know, with Halo 5 being a disappointment to many people, 343 ought to take better care of the servers for the other Halo games like Reach. I mean, many other fans go back to these games, and having 343 fail in merely keeping the servers for these other games like Reach is a disgrace. So not only could they not give us something new that blew our pants off, they couldn’t even be trusted to keep the servers online. That’s just bad. REALLY bad.
Also, there have been times where Bravo was made aware of problems like Halo 5 having no file browser, but 343 didn’t do anything about it for months on end.
same thing over here. all my friends see it too. i have a very horrible feeling that they shut down the servers. i called bungie and microsoft and nether of them could tell me anything and told me to get ahold of EA. but they dont even have reach in their products list on their webiste
If you have read the other forum about this issue - which occurred in June, it only lasted 2 days. Give or take a few hours. The same occurrences, everything.
its been like 3 days already and i just wanna play :’)
It’s barely been 2 haha. I was playing this time Wednesday 
whaaaaattt it startes for e tuesday night at like 7ish, east coast U.S.
Ah, I played until 7 Wednesday, then went out. I only noticed it the next day when I went on. British Summer Time.
well lets just hope it fixes itself soon

I don’t think they care enough on this topic. Bravo said the problem would be resolved, but that’s not necessarily an official guarantee. I think they’re still in damage control considering Halo 5’s Firefight has a lot of glitches for them to straighten out.
I really do hope they fix this. I want to post my photos online and use them for a lot of things…

I sent a note to bravo on here too. Don’t know if he will ever see it though. Nice that we all have a place to post about the issue now though. It needs to be fixed.
I am having this same issue where i am a fresh recruit but i played to be a major grade one, like the beginning of the thread states. when i look at my service record im the same level and all my armor and stuff is there but it shows im a default. the one thing i noticed though when i was looking at it was i was under a different gamer tag back then. I think i lost all my stuff because i changed my gamertag… is there a way to get that back or am i doomed to be the bland version of noble six?
