I am not trying to say 343 is doing perfect or anything. The game is not where it should be right now. Im just willing to let them try and do better rather than give up on the game.
I never understood why this became a practice.
You boil the water while the frog is in it. Not throw the frog in the boiling water.
I’m not suggesting giving up, but we shouldn’t be congratulating them for doing what has been in all other Halo games.
Also, this is their 3rd Halo under their belt, we’ve waited long enough for them to get it right.
Call me crazy but isn’t the best time to have a bunch of playlists right at launch? There is no way that you’d have population issues right out of the gate. I’m guessing this would retain the population/stabilize the niche playlists instead of losing players and trying to draw them in again at a later date with a limited time mode.

I don’t understand how this is good news. 343 are defending and justifying their idiotic decision to include 3 playlists at launch, and are now asking us to believe that it takes weeks to add new playlists, all while telling us to be thankful for all their hard work.
In other words, they’re gaslighting everyone while they do the bare minimum to stifle complaints.
I’d say this is a fairly terrible response that does not represent anything close to good news for how 343 intend to handle this game going forward.
The message from 343 is clear: just stop complaining, go buy more mtx.
