A TON of custom game options (see the thread)
1-sided objective
A classic slayer playlist (can also be objective)
CSR NOW PLEASEEEE

PS, if you use the DMR/Camo/Jetpack/PV, you suck. Same goes if you vote for Complex/Abandon.

You can’t tell 343i to get rid of stuff just because you do not like them :’) I’m a big fan of camo, it really helps when it’s 1 on 1 sniping or trying to get the drop on some lone wolf who thinks he can tank it out without his team backing him. The perks are also good, DMR… nearly everything you have stated is within your opinion, which I respect, but alot of other players like these additions.

DMR is for noobs, and is destroying everything Halo 4 could have been. The only people who enjoy it, are those using the DMR and getting easy-mode kills. 343i is going to lose its entire hardcore fanbase if they don’t make changes, and make them fast.

What happened to just being better than someone?

The DMR is in no way ruining the game, Halo Reach lasted a few years without anyone complaining about it, but now the BR is back, everyone is hating on it. Give the DMR a break, it’s not over powered, there is nothing wrong with it. I personally use the light rifle, but the DMR is a well balanced weapon. I quote from another thread

I use AA because I prefer a stealthier approach to my kills, the AC isn’t OP, people know I’m there and they can kill me if they’re smart about it. Just because you’ve been assassinated repeatedly by AC users, you feel that it must be removed? Just chill out man, let people play the game how they want to. I know I will.
agreed but wont happen because 343i doesnt know what they are doing.

People know you’re in the proximity of them, but not exactly where. Have fun AC camping! And the LR is balanced because it has a TON of flinch and almost no aim assist. The DMR has tons of aim assist both scoped and unscoped, a 3x zoom, and kills about as fast as a BR.
I rarely camp with AC.
My tactic - get a sniper rifle - find a spot, AC, take a few shots, move on.
OR
crouch my way to the enemy side of the map, wait behind rocks, allow them to run past me, run up behind and assassinate. <- This does not require AC UNLESS I feel I need it as a precaution.

If the DMR is perfectly fine, than why do I, and many others, see a reason to argue against it? I will accept a fair death, grit my teeth at a cheap death, but must stand against a death where I stood no chance. Even the MLG players say the DMR is a ton better than the BR. If anyone knows Halo gaming mechanics, it would be those guys.

“MLG” players mainly consist of 12 year olds these days who hyperventilate over being killed. Seriously, I shot someone through the face with a sniper rifle and he accused me of hacking and causing lag. I wouldn’t go on their word. :’)
Like many people, they choose to blame their deaths on something as to make it seem like it’s not their fault, and as most people use the DMR, why not put all the blame on their lack of skill on that weapon?
I don’t complain when I’m killed by the Carbine, LR, AR, Suppressor, BR, magnum, boltshot, PP, SAW, sniper, rocket, or anything.
But the DMR?
Just plain OP.
Suppressor is quite OP if you think about it, the amount of times I’ve been gunned down within a second by those is ridiculous. Ah well, win some you lose some.
Seriously, the DMR isn’t THAT OP, the autoaim on it could use some nerfing however, fire power wise, it’s weaker than the BR. The BR could rip the DMR to shreds.
I agree with all the following but 343i most likely will not remove these things. I see you have add Csr on your list. Csr will never be put in game, it is only web based and you will only see this on waypoint. Truer words have never been spoken on these forums. No one has a problem with anything…until they are being killed by it repetitively.
Then comes in the “nerf this, nerf that. I suck at this, so ditch that” mentality. As if getting rid of that one thing that keeps killing them, will somehow make them “better” at this game.

Actually, I was referring to the old school Halo MLG players, such as Neighbor, Hysteria, Elumnite from Triggers Down, and Flamehead, Slayz, and T Morello from G4C. Legit MLG teams, that get payed money to play Halo infront of an audience.
If they agree the DMR is better in every situation, along with a majority of the fan base, that should call for a fix on the weapon. Anyone who argues for the DMR probably uses it, and enjoys the easy-mode kills they get, and are afraid they are going to have to pick up a BR and learn to strafe, Gandhi hop, and learn map control.

How can you not tell that the DMR beats every freaking gun?
It’s a 5sk, 3x zoom, wicked accurate, hitscan, and a decent ROF.
It’s overpowered.
