hey 343 i hope you wont forget some important things which would be completely senseless if you change them.

1.at the end of halo 3 we jumped with the br and with the halo 3 armor into the ship.the weapon i saw in the halo 4 trailer…where does it come from??? did john find it inside cortanas -Yoink-? i have no idea.same thing with johns armor.

2.i hope the movment,jump height,grenades…and so on wont change too much,i mean yeah we are on another planet in halo 4 but i hope the gravity and the other stuff will be the same

3.same thing like number 1 with AAs

When Master Chief went into the Cryo he accidentaly sat on the Battle rifle so it became smaller in size.

The things we’ve seen in Halo 4 happened 4 or 5 years after Halo 3’s events I believe. A lot of things can happen in a few years. 343 said it will all be explained in the game. Just wait and see.

It was an Assault Rifle not the BR…

That could be a valid reason or another reason could be is that Cryo does some strange things to weapons after a couple of minutes.

This, but we also don’t know during this time if Chief got up, explored around the remains of the Frigate and found it, it could have been lying around somewhere and not been seen to us before, then got back into Cryo.

One word: Warship.

I think a frigate like foreward unto dawn should be packed with military equipment. And in the trailer he grabs it out of midair because it was floating in zero-g.
FOr seconds, 343 has stated that this in all probability will NOT be the beginning of the game.

He didn’t have the weapon from the beginning. While he was floating around in the ship he picked it up, the weapon was also floating. As for why it wasn’t in any other game . . . well that doesn’t truely matter. The ammo is what made me wonder, he roloaded it, but I’m just going to assume that he also picked that up while he picked up the gun itself.
