it should be noted that a number of people who just downloaded the PC fix are having Log in issues, xbox running, when asked if you give permission to access your info an error comes up saying “xbox not available, or network error, check to make sure your time and date are correct” well both are correct and permission is granted and no log in. something we’re doing wrong?

This is getting way out of hand…

I’m quite happy that I already have all Spartan Assault PC Version achievements. I feel really sorry for you guys though… :frowning:

Hi, Andyzcandies. We use Xbox LIVE authentication, so while there’s a small chance it’s something happening on our end, it’s more likely something is up with the process Xbox LIVE uses to log people in. Have you reached out to their support? If not, give that a try, please, and let me know what they advise.

Sorry about that, I just assumed it was an issue on your end, didnt think about it, they advised me to try restarting my router and computer to see if that did it, I have not tried it yet, I’m not home, but I will later. I saw on another thread where a person was told that you guys were working on a patch of some kind and that it was a known issue? Any truth to that? Just didn’t to draw conclusions from here say

Well it’s awesome how Xbox twitter support isn’t actually helping, all they’re doing is asking me a bunch of stupid questions of stuff I’ve already tried and whatnot, I’ve reinstalled windows, I’ve reinstalled the app, I’ve done disk cleanup, I’ve reset computer and router, might they actually have an answer instead of jerking me around

It might feel like that, but honestly they’re just following the usual steps that any tech support would follow (i’m a tech support guy myself). You wouldn’t believe the number of times I’ve come across cases where people haven’t tried everything they said they have (not that I’m not doubting your word here, just my experience in the past).

Why not write up a list of everything you’ve tried so far and in what order you did them and then pass that info over - could help to knock a few things off their list and hopefully move forward :slight_smile:

no pretty sure getting jerked around, I’ve cooperated and answered all of their questions, not one real answer provided.

anyway, I just wanted to ask if 343 is still watching this thread, (just not sure, not a diss or anything)

is there anything on your end with this login error? And is there anything at all you can do?

I just wanted to ask, I don’t want to bark up the wrong tree and get mad at you guys, when you’ve actually been quite helpful and patient with the rest of us.
