This is the third thread I’ve made about this and I haven’t gotten a fix yet.
I bought the LE. I lost access to my specializations. None of the fixes work.
When is this going to be fixed?
Just curious, did you redeem the specialization code that was sent to either your email address that is registered with your Xbox LIVE account or through the Xbox LIVE messaging service?
If you did, that code can conflict with the LE code. Delete both the LE package and the specialization package (that you redeemed), then redownload only the LE code. You can queue the LE code for re-download through your download history on Xbox.com.
Yes I downloaded both, and yes I’ve tried this already.
I STILL do not have access to the specializations.
When is 343 going to fix this problem?
Or is it pretty much “too bad, so sad” and I have to wait for them to be widely released?
If that’s the case, when is the wide release going to occur?
I hope 343 knows this is pretty crappy.

well your not alone mate, I am having the same problem… i have tried all the trouble shooting that the forums have mentioned… i have even requested a phone call from xbox support and they have talked me through all their trouble shoot… but still no luck… I even when to the extreme of delete the halo 4 file completely off my hard drive… so that means all my game saves, forge maps, screen shots and movies are now gone… I then reinstalled war games and downloaded only the LE code… and when that didnt worked redownloaded the “free gift”… but still no go… so now xbox support has told me its a problem with the server reckonizing the console has the right license… so in theory if you have a friend who has halo 4, download your profile to their xbox and it should have all the specializations… BUT thats only what the support guy told me… I can not say it will work…
EDIT: also its wasnt a surpise to find out this is yet another thing in a long line of problems that have occured in the game… for instance when they accidently released the DLC to everyone… this was only ment to go to LE members… they then sent a statement saying it was a free trial for a short time… they then put a 30MB update on the game and took the DLC off everyone… and those unlucky enough not to have LE are now charged 800c to download it gain…
so I am now stuck at lvl 70 with only 2 specializations… and im getting frustrated… they should have let you keep lvling with out having to pick another specialization… Im only playing now to help me out clan members… I have no personal drive to play any more… very much concidering goin back to reach…
