343 please look at my req pack history. My 3rd to last gold req pack I got no permanents and no reply points as well as 4 scout hogs 1 basic tank 1 sword ghost and a mongoose. Can anyone explain?

The game might have registered the “purchase” of the REQ as a lower pack (ie silver / bronze). I’ve never heard of this type of error before.
