343!!!!!! PLEASE Read this. Major problem

Let me start from the beginning, so while on my cell phone I had been reading articles stating that emails were sent out to XBL members who have played Halo 4 prior to Nov 20th to receive a Redeem Code for Specialization Priority Alpha unlocked. I was checking my email, which is affiliated with my gamertag (MR 1990s), ever hour yesterday Nov 30th, and today Dec 1st, and noticed that I had not received any emails. I began to search forums online to see if others had been running into the same problem that I was. I stumble across someone stating that the email that 343 sent out was sent to an alternate email that was under his billing address which was different from his log in email for his XBL account. I then realized that i had the same issue, the email that was under my billing address had gotten the email for the Specialization Priority Alpha Redeem Code. So while in that email I also noticed an email rewarding me with a 10 year xbl helmet that the title of the email stated, “MR 1990s, you have been selected to receive an exclusive avatar helmet—with our thanks.‏” Above that email said “Here is your gift from Xbox LIVE‏” which was for Halo 4. I opened the “Here is your gift from Xbox LIVE‏” email and it went to an automatic redeem screen on xbox lives website, The screen popped up and had the redeem code already typed in and only the accept button was visible on my phones screen. I hit accept and it said unlocked Specialization Priority Alpha unlocked the screen then refreshed and the redeem code was applied to an account that had never even been logged into on my xbox let alone played Halo 4 before the 20th. So I tried to redeem the code on the correct account and it said the code was already used. What i didn’t understand was how i got an email regarding MR 1990s with the 10 year reward then when i go to another email in the same inbox it gets applied to an account I’ve never played on. I called Xbox Live customer support ,they said that they had a few calls come in about this but that there was nothing for them to do and that I would have to “pray to the halo god,” post on the halo waypoint forums and hope someone reads it. My case number from xbox live support is 1189310760. If there is ANYTHING you can do please respond to bigblackbox1669@hotmail.com. I would greatly appreciate it because I’ve been max cap 70 for a while now. If you can possible cancel the code for the wrong account so I can re-apply to the correct one?

I had the exact same problem. My code got applied to an account that is not linked to any gamertag, no xbox live, not one milisecond of gameplay on any game, only because it shared the same contact email as my actual gamer tag. Now I can’t use the code on the gamertag that the code was intended for. Would love a way to fix this!!!
