I spoke with Microsoft Tuesday night and I explained my issue of constantly getting booted and receiving the “Your console has lost connection to the game server”. They had me do a couple of things:
- Uninstall/reinstall my xbox live account - Clear my blue ray cache multiple times - Verify my xbox live account email address and phone number. Apparently, I had a secondary email address linked to my xbox live account that still needed to be verified - Hard reboot my xbox and modem (unplug the power from my modem and xboxI did all of these things, but I still had an issue with my NAT changing from moderate to open. They helped me establish a permanent IP so that my NAT will stay open going forward. This actually even boosted my download speed from 25 mbps to 42 mps, and my upload speed increased as well. AND prior to speaking with Microsoft, I tried uninstalling/reinstalling the game (which I pre-ordered digitally, if that means anything. I’m wondering that could be the problem?)I was then able to play unhindered for 3 games by myself in warzone, and then with 3 of my friends as a fireteam in arena for most of last night.
However, after a handful of games, I eventually received the SAME -Yoinking!- MESSAGE “Your console has lost connection to the game server”!!! What the hell is going on? Microsoft said that I should NOT have anymore issues after completing those steps and that if I did, to contact 343 as everything looked good with my internet and my account. But 343 does not make their contact information available online. Again, I have Verizon Fios and am not in the preview program. Does anyone know of anyway to get in touch with them???
