Hi, Ive Preordered The Halo Wars 2 Ultimate Edition, And Read That You Could Download The “Halo Wars 2 Digital Pre Order Bonus Pack For Use In Halo 5 Guardians”. I Was Pretty Happy Upon Realising That It Was 5 Free Gold Req Packs, As I Am Currently Grinding For The Tactical And Gunfighter Magnums (I’m A Sucker For Cool Pistols XD) , However, It Has Been About Three Days Now And I Still Have Not Received The Req Packs, Could Someone From 343 Help Me Please?
I searched for the preorder bonus you are referring to and found this statement in the fine print:

I suggest following these instructions and seeing if that works.

If the instructions from the fine print didn’t work then I’m not sure what you can do. Monitors are not 343i staff; we can’t do anything other than provide suggestions. It could be that you have to wait until your account is charged for the game, which for preorders usually happens when the game releases. Again, though, I’m not sure.
