As of reset time last night, the February 2016 season ended and a new season began. When seasons reset, all existing ranks are lost, and you must qualify for a new rank by playing 10 matches in a ranked playlist. This has been occurring monthly since launch.

As this will be a monthly thing, don’t be surprised when it happens again 
This has to be trolling.
It still says ‘February 2016 season’ and i never got a req pack for doing the season.
