Halo is a TEAM game if you want to play solo then play free for all, or get a team.
Yes Teams always win over randoms because they can “Communicate and work as a team” like the game intended, i think you need to fix the problem wich is going solo and expecting to win against well organized teams.

I’m pretty sure he’s asking for full teams to get matched with other full teams, so you can solo search for a game and play one where its 12 strangers vs 12 strangers.

If you want a team then find some friends to play with other than that theres nothing else to be done. Still I find it how we, the halo community can easily find some random topic to bash 343 >.>
i’m pretty sure this is exactly what he is asking for. This isn’t 343’s fault but it is at the same time. They wanted warzone to be fun, not completely farming 24/7 but how do you build the perfect warzone. It’s hard trying to find the perfect solution. You don’t want to give the opposing team a mercy option because then if you saw 12 really good players on the oppositie team, your team would just surrender all the time. where is the fun for the 12 man good team? I guess all we can do is blame it on the matchmaking system…

I think he means the farmers who won’t go for the win but for the kills
It’s funny because going in as 12’s we usually do get matched against other 12’s and it is so much fun.
I’ll queue solo or small teams a ton and I get a 12 man team against me maybe 5% of the time if that. I don’t see it as much of a problem at all. I mean unless you are some bronze level player. I did see one in one of my games stick our the whole game and go 1-29.
It’s because of the very low population that randoms get matched up with teams. Not many people like an unfinished game it seems.
This is why i quit playing Warzone after i unlocked all the Commendations for it. ITs a huge waste of time! you get no req points for losing every game AND you lose no matter how well you do! you could have 3 boss kills and 60+ spartan kills but you will still lose if your team is literally comprised of a bunch of potatoes waving their little spuddy arms around.
Or just simply put the armor for sale for everyone and be done with it.

You get basically the same number of req points win or lose so I don’t know what your talking about. You can get a few hundred extra for ranking well on your team. My guess is you’d get about 2300 for 60 kills and 3 bosses. And I really don’t get howw you’d could lose all the time. I’m very mediocre and still have a slightly above 50% win rate. I play mostly with randoms. I doubt I am that much luckier than you.
We can’t even have party restrictions in Arena where it is 10x more important.
I prefere fast search times in WZ.
