What I would like to know is how the hell Halsey escaped from the dyson sphere inside Onyx, made it back to a human planet, wasn’t arrested for what she did and then just carried on and worked on the Infinity’s engines like nothing bloody happned?
What about the remaining Spartan II’s that were there with her? 343 have made a big mistake and overlooked a massive part of the halo universe’s story, they need to fix this/ explain what happend. Maybe Halo 5 or 6 could shed some light on the matter?

Not that they should be required reading, as 343i have said in the past, but that is correct.
The books, as Damien pointed out will answer most if not all of those questions.

I agree completely, but instead they gave us -Yoink- Spartan 4’s who act like normal marines instead of deadly killing machines

Agreed even just a little check or something with little voice acting from them would do.
