Why use flood in h4 and not elites? I want campaigning the return of Invasion because I and many others really enjoyed that playlist in halo reach. Being able to spawn on one other partner or spawn in the original spawn and fight to cap two bases and a core with lots of vehicles and combat in between. It was just fantastic. I actually played it so much in halo reach that I had come to know other players in that playlist and they knew me as well, I guarantee more people would play this game and I would spread the word if invasion is brought back in its own playlist.

i was thinking the samething but me and my friends looked around for some answers and we found out that Bungie signed a contract with Microsoft or 343i saying no elites can be used in Multiplayer.
I loved invasion. I hope that and Firefight returns in the next Halo.
Would’ve been cool to have an Invasion-like gametype with the Flood. Flood-infected Spartans could capture bases and they Floodify. Also, AI-controlled Flood forms would roam the level as well and assist the Flood players.
Really technical, but it’d be fun.

[tantrum] WHAT??? Elites are one of my favorite Covenant species…I always play as them whenever possible! Darn it. [/tantrum]
On topic: I think that Invasion would be great to bring back with Flood replacing Elites. The only problem is that there would have to be a modification to the aesthetics of the Flood, because they cannot hold weapons, currently. All they have is a claw…

I’d like to see kt return. It was my most played play list/game mode.
