343 play date not giving ice unicorn nameplate

i have been in a 343 play date and received the ice unicorn skin in halo 5 but no nameplate in halo mcc i dont know why.

When did you get the Ice Unicorn skin in Halo 5?

I played during the 2017 Halloween playdate playing the infection playlist in halo 5

Nameplates aren’t retroactive and were made available after that point.

To get the Ice Unicorn nameplate you’ll have to match again.

For the Fire unicorn skin I have it but I don’t have the name plate I got my montage featured about 2 months ago should I get it?

Do they randomly appear in the inventory or do you guys give the participants a code. I was in the recent infinite play date with Andy and mugsy but I still haven’t got anything yet.

The rewards can take some time to appear as they are manually handed out. Mine took about a week or two to appear.
