Okay i need some help with this, i just tried to open the platinum req pack and it came up with failed to open req pack. I kept trying and after waiting for it to finish retrying the req pack vanished. I checked everything and there is no evidence of the pack even opening and giving me anything. Nothing! I’ve even closed the game and started it up again finding no pack and no new items. What has happened! I have also checked the unopened req packs through way point finding nothing there at all. This makes no sense and i feel a bit cheated out since others have successfully opened the pack.
Don’t worry OP, you won’t have lost any items. What happens here is that the opening animation for the packs gets skipped over but the items do still get deposited in your REQ inventory. You need to hard reset your console to see the updated inventory in-game, alternatively you check for new items here on Waypoint: https://www.halowaypoint.com/en-us/games/halo-5-guardians/xbox-one/requisitions/categories/customization?ownedOnly=False

Hey thank you for the reply ^v^ i realized i had received a lot of things once i entered Heroic warzone and saw a few temple ghosts, an ammo armor pack thing (forgor the name) some weapons. I guess i wasn’t too happy that i didn’t get any helmets, armor or stances from it. I was actually hoping to see the animation for opening the pack.
