Does anyone know of a phone number we can call to complain about the many problems we are experiencing with TMCC both pre and post the patch? I sometimes feel like 343 has stuck their head in the sand and really doesn’t realize just how bad the TMCC game really is. How else could there still be commercials running daily promoting a game that is BROKEN!!! It is by far the most disappointing launch I have ever experienced. I am a big Halo fan boy and I have been playing Halo since the days of XBconnect where we connected our consoles via PCs to play online and I am at my wit’s end!!! Perhaps XBconnect can give these clowns some assistance?!
Seriously, I would love to have 343’s customer service number, if it even exists.
343 doesn’t have a direct customer support helpline and if you used any other number that actually gets through to the office they will likely tell you to contact Microsoft or just hang up as that particular area isn’t their job.
If you have issues with the MCC, contact Microsoft Support.
What the hell did I just buy? I knew there were a few technical errors but I can’t even play the game online. They promoted the game by saying they had dedicated servers. This game is a dedicated disaster!

That blanket apology without any relevant details is just such a politicians answer. Lots of words and nothing said. It’s trash.
This forum is their phone number. I highly doubt that 343 is unaware of the problem. People think that they have some special power that can change the whole debacle. I have 343 employees on my friends list(not sure if they follow me back lol), regardless, all of my friends beg me to ask them to join the party so they can let them know the game is broken, as if they have no idea. They’re obviously getting bombarded with emails, forums posts, PM’s, etc. The only option you have is 1-800-4MY-XBOX and you will accomplish nothing in calling them.

Bravo answers tweets daily, even over the weekends. Just because they aren’t saying anything you want to hear, doesn’t equal them not saying anything at all.
