343 or the players ruined swat?

In more and more games of swat I play someone or multiple people purposely throw the games in order to lose fast. Is this because there is no incentive to win games? No reward for doing good? Because your rank just gets striped anyway and doesn’t mean anything either? Why the hell DRMs are in swat baffles me too. Not to mention the incredible delays in trades, literally multiple seconds later they decide to die. I love the bullet bending physics in this game too, when I don’t actually hit them in the head I get a headshot, but hitmarkers to the head is the norm now. I will DNF all day until I get in a game with normal people and when the servers decide to ‘dedicate’ them selves to working smoothly.

wait for bout a week. the sandbags will be gone, however you will probably match against them on the lower ranks.

Altough its good news to hear that 343 banned players who did this (a pro-player got banned during his livestream for doing so)

Ain’t nothing wrong with SWAT, it adds variety, and to be honest I’d rather take the DMR over the Battle Rifle or Magnum anyday.

But yeah OP, I understand the pain of kill delays and physics-bending bullets. The amount of times I’ve been shot from around a corner when my head never peeked out inch, or sadly, with my teammates, forced into a spawn-trapped corner where enemies will have LoS on you 90% of the time for moving two feet forwards, and the other 10% where you spawn in their sight-lines.

They want to get low ranks so they can match scrubs to get faster headshots to get Achilles

Odd, I haven’t experienced this yet. All my games have been against players trying to win, never seen a team throw a game before.

I disagree about DMRs. I think it’s a perfect precision weapon for swat with its longer range and shower rate of fire. Forces you to be more deliberate with your shots. Definitely preferred over the pistol.

I find SWAT such a serious game type, I can’t play more than one game before going to a different playlist. I get too stressed/nervous.

I have yet to play a game of SWAT where anyone just played for fun.

Seconded.

most people wanted DMR in swat because it wouldnt make sense to leave out a gun from most games. also people who had DMR camo’s could not view them unless playing fiesta or spawning in warzone with them.
