Okay first off let me explain my reasoning for the title, I think the FEATURES in Forge are great! The controls could be a little better but eh, whatever. No it’s the BS that we seem to be getting from WZFF, I was under the assumption we’d be getting ALL the reqs for forge not just the super s^&*tty ones, y’know considering Firefight was the last scheduled update it made sense from a logical standpoint. Then there’s Super Fiesta, we all love the chaos right? Well why don’t we have this gamemode in customs yet?! It’s appeared twice, ALL reqs have been confirmed to be fully functional in arena thanks to super fiesta and we still don’t have the ability to put on a “super mode” setting under the fiesta custom playlist settings? Why? I find it hard to like Halo 5 when it does @$$ backwards stuff like this.

It’s hard to be patient when literally every other main aspect of this game is utter trash, customs are boring as f&*k because it’s the same stale gameplay over and over and over and over, it’s sooo boring, they could’ve at least given us up to ultra vehicles for covenant, oni vehicles for UNSC, and the second phaeton. Then there’s the weapons all I want are as follows: Prophet’s Bane, Whispered Truth, Nornfang, and Tartarus’ Gavel, that’s it 4 weapons, and we shouldn’t have to wait like 3 months for these weapons to be added when super fiesta proves that all reqs work in arena.

I’ll be thankful when 343i actually does something right, so far the only people in 343i who are actually competent are the Forge staff, everyone else there seems to have their heads up their @$$es. In fact no I won’t be thankful because honestly the Forge staff has done a lot of work yes this is true but this isn’t a Halo game, it’s an average FPS that siphons money out of your wallet like a leech! I mean seriously it took them 7 months, 7 friggin’ months to get infection into the game post-launch. 343i is not a company ANYONE should be thankful towards, actually I’d like to amend my statement, I’ll be thankful when 343i finally let’s this dead franchise lie.

Wow see you’re the kind of person in the community that’s crippling it. Sure I say a lot of mean things, and sure I’m an @$$ about it, but I’m only like that because 343i has been given a chance time and time again to make Halo the king of fps games once more and they constantly somehow mess it up! I’m done being patient with them, I’m done dealing with the Halo 5 toxic-as-CoD community, and I’m done with the whole “thankful for what you’ve got” speech Bulls^&%t! Because guess what?! All of that stuff you’re telling me to be thankful for has pretty much crippled the game. At launch I loved Halo 5, I just wanted forge mode, and sure it wasn’t what I was expecting, but as the updates came Halo 5 became less and less of a Halo game, and more of a cheap gimmick just to keep players coming back. Halo didn’t need free DLC updates to keep players coming back, it was the superior gameplay and enthralling campaign that had them coming back, not some stupid RNG system, but rather the feeling of success when you get the armor your trying to unlock by completing the legendary campaign. Halo isn’t Halo anymore and it sure isn’t worth being patient for. If 343i manages to actually make Halo 6 on par with at least Halo Reach, I’ll retract every harsh criticism I’ve ever said about them.

And you feel the need to spam all these workarounds to cursing. Face it, you’re the bad part of the community and no-one wants that kind of person here. The other halos had paid dlc to keep people playing, and free dlc is just a step up, even if lacking in maps.

After all the stuff 343i made with this franchise i don´t get how some people still can defend them. By the way these are not FREE DLC´s, they are FREE UPDATES and yes this make a difference.

I know that feel but the only thing we can do is to criticize them and stay as objective as possible so that some guys start to realize that we don´t hate but try to improve this game and franchise.

Dlc means downloadable content. And we download these updates. They are by definition. Dlc.

I paid money for this game and I expect To get my money’s worth. OP has a legitimate concern and I hope we get some information regarding the complete set of reqs being loaded Into forge.

Then there’s Super Fiesta, we all love the chaos right? Well why don’t we have this gamemode in customs yet?! It’s appeared twice, ALL reqs have been confirmed to be fully functional in arena thanks to super fiesta and we still don’t have the ability to put on a “super mode” setting under the fiesta custom playlist settings? Why? I find it hard to like Halo 5 when it does @$$ backwards stuff like this.
For the time being I recommend you take advantage of the weapon glitch in Forge. With it, you can make weapons that don’t exist in Halo 5 like a bolt shot that creates voids or a turrent with rapid fire rockets.
Casually enters
Just gonna throw it out that the free DLC thing, while good in concept, is less being used to add to the game and more so to complete it. Case in point being things like Forge, PGCR, Plasma Rifle, Gravity Hammer, Infection, Grifball, and so on are things that should have been there at launch. Me personally, I never had an issue buying one or two map packs when the game was complete. If the free update system was used to extend upon a perfectly finished and working game then it would actually be a really great system. That being said I still enjoy the game and the updates they provide.

They never had to put in the reqs into forge in the first place so I don’t know why you are complaining. Why can’t you be happy that we got 100 of them?
