343 needs to listen to their community but not only that, they need a support service where we can fix our problems like, me completing missions on legendary but not getting a badge or achievement for doing it, 343 needs to get off their lazy a** and stop looking at the money they are rolling in from req packs and listen to their community and help others…
I made this post cause im seriously getting peed off.
Yes there are glitches, but do you know how hard programming us, it not a click of a button to fix everything, its takes time to find, re-write and test code. every day they work on trying to fix problems.
im sorry 343 not listening to the community? guess the snpkr, CE magum and all that arent examples? what about infection and btb? people asked they delived [even if it was a little late]

Programming takes time. Although there are many people working at 343i, approximately only 20% are programmers. Only large issues need to be fixed. For example: gameplay crashes, forge hanging, custom games issues and server maintenance.
Developing video games is a huge undertaking and no game will be perfect. There will always be bugs and glitches. All this support forum is for is to share solutions and problems. If issues can’t be fixed by any software/hardware tips on your Xbox then it needs to be passed on to 343i. But if it’s a network problem then that’s your issue
If 343i was to look at the community’s opinion on H5 I can guarantee that only the minority of people don’t like the way the game plays. Ever heard of #HaloX? That was the hashtag that died in 3 weeks and it was only started by a small youtuber. It was to “make Halo great again” but in reality it doesn’t matter. Only a few people can’t stand H5’s movement and 343i knows this so they don’t go back to it.
