The communication from 343 about Halo Infinite’s marketing promotions is practically nonexistent, and that has to change. We’re 3 months into the Monster Energy sponsorship and we still have no idea how to unlock the assault rifle skin. The Red Shift armor coating is supposed to be a GameStop exclusive, but it seems like most of the chain hasn’t even heard of the promotion. That blue Warthog coating was featured in the same article as the Red Shift, but 343 didn’t tell us how to get it (it took, like, two weeks for Kellogg’s to reveal that they’re the ones sponsoring it). 343’s marketing team keeps dropping these new promotions that seem super cool, but then they leave us in the dark about how they work. The Monster ‘scavenger hunt’ has been pretty fun, but these other sponsorships would be so much nicer if the the official Halo social media accounts were to lead us on rather than making us comb the Internet trying to find literally a crumb of information on them. Even small hints would go a long way!

We have known how to unlock it for a long time. I don’t know how it works in America but in the UK and other places you just look under the pull ring for the code.

The UK promotion and US promotions work differently.
Like you’ve said here in the UK we just redeem codes and that’s that.
The promo in the US has all the weapons skins & emblems etc spread across Monster, Snapchat & different supermarkets. The system in the US basically makes it super hard to track down what you specifically want.

Oh yeah it’s shocking how crazy the system y’all have is.
We just have a linear system 1 to 120.
The first 8 are all the cosmetics and the rest is 2XP. Nice and simple.
Guess monster wanted to milk that American market haha

Agreed it’s ridiculous how the game was supposed to come out a week ago and we have heard next to nothing not even a snipit of multiplayer it’s ridiculous. I don’t know why 343 is radio silent they’re not generating hype for the game and people are already losing interest. All we know about infinite is form toys and food promotions. You know its sad when toys give us more news then 343 themselves.

They’ve stated why they haven’t put out information several times…
It doesn’t matter if they game was supposed to come out a week or go. If they’ve rearranged their marketing timeline for the new release date (which they said they have) why would they be talking about multiplayer when the game could be up to an entire year away from release? When the timing to talk about it is right they’ll begin to give us information…
