Who else was excited that they released Ragnarok? I’m glad Ragnarok was created but I would like to see Sandtrap. Sandtrap was my first Halo 3 map I ever played. I absolutely love Sandtrap. From Big Team Slayer to custom games it did it all. It was the best forge map of all time. I would play custom games of infection for hours, rather days at a time! And Elephants! Don’t even get me started on how much I adore Elephants. So please 343 remake Halo’s (and all video game’s) best map of all time, Sandtrap.

YES!!! Sand Trap would be awesome with Halo 4’s sandbox.
There are other maps that are better. To me blood gulch is a needed in every halo game.
What about waterworks?
There are a whole host of Halo 3 maps I would like to see return. High Ground, Sandtrap and Pit are all fantastic. I hope they do a classics map pack
Forge World and Sandtrap all the way. High Ground was a lot of fun and so was Spire. But Sandtrap beats them both. And we need a new forge world.
None of them, the new weapon sandbox and sprint completely ruins the old maps.

None of these maps need to return, especially Sandtrap.
Why? Because the DMR can spam someone across the map without missing.
DMR ruined BTB and really any open areas.
No Halo 3 maps, no Reach maps. Halo 2 maps are a priority to be remade.
Ya i think sand trap, highground and blood gulch are very memorable maps that alot of people enjoy and love and it would be a great addition to halo 4 but as well as others have said things will be different with all the new weapons and things. lets not forget forge world, what a great job by bungie to design a terrific map , a little disappointed that 343 decided to separate there forge maps into three different ones, i think i would have enjoy a big canvas such as forge world in halo 4.
Halo 3 to this day is still my favourite halo. I enjoyed the maps more than i enjoyed any other of the maps on any other halo. My personal favourites were sandtrap, guardian, snowbound, last resort, high ground, avalanche! There are way too many to say are my favourite. They should release a map pack for halo 4 which implements maps from the old halo games into halo 4!
As long as Sandtrap comes back with the Elephants hell yes.
