Not everyone reads through the bulletin every week and a majority of halo players will not want to have to read every word of the bulletin just to find out that something was nerfed or increased. 343 definitely needs to tell people in game when weapons are changed.
Seems like I remember them making reference to changes in the startup screen messages.
But if you know where to find the information, isn’t it disingenuous to ask that 343i spoon feed it to you anyway? If they put it out there and you know where to find it, what more do they really need to do?
I know where it is but a lot of people didn’t even know the boltshot was changed. It is 343’s responibility that if they make changes to the sandbox, they should tell everyone who plays the game. Only way to do that is tell them in game.

I see what you are saying, but I also think there is a responsibility of the individual to educate themselves accordingly. Isn’t that part of the reason why you are on here?
Also there is an area in the War Games thread that shows all the changes that have been made.
I think the average player doesn’t really care. Gets on and plays a little, and doesn’t pay attention enough even to that initial pop up screen when signing onto H4.
