343 Need an answer, Been ignored for way to l

I never received a specialization code and have never received an answer to numerous questions. I have read the posts at

I wasn’t aware that this was an issue until the other day when I reached level 70 at which time I searched the internet and found the thread. I cannot reply to that thread with the required information as the thread is locked and isn’t allowing replies. I should have received a code as I met all the requirements and I followed the directions checking the spam folder etc…

Since I didn’t realize that there was an error on your end and I didn’t post in the thread and now the thread is locked, I will be unable to get the specializations until they are released to the public?

I don’t know what it takes to get an answer but I would appreciate one

The Specialization early access codes have been distributed.

If you haven’t got one now, you’ll have to wait until early 2013 for 343i to unlock the remaining Specializations for players.

You aren’t required to post anywhere, if you were eligible, you would have received it by now, and as you can see, you were not.

Let me repeat what I said earlier, you’ll be able to continue ranking up early 2013.

They screwed up and i never received an email either. I was definintely eligible so dont say i wasnt. this is ridiculous that 343 messed up this bad and let this happen

The Little Moa, I appreciate your feedback on this matter but I would ask that you not post here anymore. I live in the United States and I am over the age of 18, my Halo 4 Record clearly shows that I played before the required time period. I don’t delete any email and have 4 XBLive messages, so I really doubt I overlooked it with 4 messages. This was a screwup on either Microsoft’s end or 343’s end. Reading forums it seems that numerous other people are in the same position as I am. The only way of contacting 343 is through an internet forum? That is not acceptable.

If you haven’t received a code by now, you won’t ever, you’ll be waiting until 2013 when they unlock the remaining six Specializations for players.

I feel your pain, they messed me up bad, I got standard edition and I got the message for the specializations, it worked at first but now I just have the defaults, AND I’M ALMOST LEVEL 50, SO I WON’T BE ABLE TO USE THEM! XBOX LIVE tried to help but it didnt work :frowning:
