Yeah it’s the one that allows the pistol among other weapons to shoot much faster. They are aware and working on a fix, so there’s really no need to make posts demanding it be fixed. I’m sure they will be rolling out a patch as soon as humanly possible.
As noted above OP, 343 are aware of this issue and are in the process of developing a patch for it
