ok i know this is a highly pointless complaint but it rly makes me mad that 343 messed with the color schemes and completely removed some colors, any one else hqve their colors completely ruined by this?
I do believe that while its great to have new colors they should have kept all of the ones they had to start with. As a rule of thumb developers should never remove anything unless its broken.
I’m pretty sure everyone was reverted to default colors and have to customize all over. But they removed colors? I thought they only added more.

Unfortunately no, there are alot fewer blues and pinks and purples than before. I personally dont mind because I dont use those colors (and black is back!) but I can see how removing colors might not be the best idea if players are currently using them
Really annoying on my emblem, had a more metalic blue before on it, now it’s just grey

since halo 2 ive used aqua and orange, now theres no aqua or orange…its highly upsetting and as weird as it sounds feels wrong in every way

Months ago, I spent about an hour to get my spartan to look like I wanted it to. Now those colors are gone. It’s funny the way 343 pleases some players some of the time and not all of the players all of the time. I realize that it’s impossible to give everyone what they want, I’m just saying, why give us something just to take it away again? If it’s there, just leave it alone. In this case all that had to be done was to add colors to what was already there. Now how hard can that be?

Well to get these colors I believe they had to change how colors rendered in general. Basically what I’m saying is that they completely reworked the color palette instead of just adding to it
They ruined Steel for no reason. Now it looks light grey just like the other middle colours.

Clementine and Carrot are much better oranges than we had pre-update.

I was going to go with a black primary, purple 2ndary but none of the purples are of a deep royal variety - all lighter and more pinkish. Oh well, overall I am happy to have more options w/color. Now to show the colors off somehow …
What I want them to add is the darker shades of all the colors since certain armors provide a darker shade so its there I just want the option to choose it since I prefer that color and for there to be a tertiary color option for armors that have white lines or the extra colors.
how about just add every color in the games rendered pallet, and if thats what they did already thats pretty pathetic color pallet
