Yeah can I paint Pilot as well, I’d like to make mine have a less shiny Visor and give it some armor details (Scratches)

I’d like to create variants for the Mark V (delta). It would have a cracked visor and a tiny bit of dried blood on it.
I’d like for CQB to have the same skin it did in Halo: Reach. It’s missing the black cheeks, and the secondary color is supposed to fill in the crest of the helmet. The secondary color should also have the same dark shader as Noble armor so that I can better match up the helmet with that armor set… it also takes care of that hideous pink trim when you’re on Red Team.

A few years, for sure. I’ve been on these forums since… 2011, I think? Maybe early 2012. In any case, I reached Spartan rank about two years ago, I believe, so it took a while.

Im pretty sure you dont need an permission for a helmet design and customsation if you only use it for your self and not selling them to a wide range of people.

I can’t believe that he wants to profit from it. With a forum rank that high he’ll definitely be aware of the impossibility of that. He’s probably just being cautious of copyright laws and such.

I also believe that he dont want to earn money with his idea,but its not impossible to do so.
Im also sure that 343 has better things to do then to search one guy who produced a 3d model of one of their works,if they would do so,I would already been arrested.

Its possible to get arrested if you break a copyright law,however in most cases you get a fine.
In this case,343 will not care of Op makes the helmets as long as its only for ownuse.

What are you talking about? The helmet in those screenshots is the exact same one as in the preview.

The preview CQB helmet has no black and a small stripe of secondary color.
Look at the screenshot CQB helmet.
