DO WORK 343… IT SHOULD HAVE BEEN THE OTHER WAY AROUND. HOW THE HELL DID BLOPS COME OUT ON TOP IN MATCHMAKING EXPERIENCE. THATS WHAT MADE HALO SO SPECIAL!
AND PEOPLE WONDER WHY BLOPS has +400k daily users.
lol blops doesn’t even need a ranking system.
I don’t see the point of being able to view someone playing on CoD, they will most likely be camping anyway, also you have to take into account streaming stuff and playing at the same time will use a lot of bandwidth.
Also CoD has always been on top of halo in terms of population.
CoD has a bigger fanbase, people who grew up with halo will play halo (+ other games), people who didn’t mostly go to CoD.
Enlighten me on how brilliant COD is in the way of gameplay, graphics and multiplayer… Oh wait I forgot, you can’t because it is the same garbage every year…
well Black ops 2 does has a skill base ranking system. so he does have a point, but i don’t really care about it.
The thing is…both games use the TrueSkill system implemented by Microsoft in matchmaking.
You can’t see it, but it’s there. It is probably the reason you dominated for a few games or so in the beginning, but now are up against people that make the matches challenging. Matchmaking adjusts and finds opponents accordingly.
I would like to have the CSR system be visible though. Either that or do what Bungie did with Reach and make the highest ranking WAY out there with nifty unlock stuff.
If not shrug I’ll settle for some maps, permanent Grifball and SWAT.
Im not saying halo is a bad game. Im just saying it could be so much better.
