Do like Bungie did with Reach.
Make it impossible to pass a certain rank, but ALLOW that xp to build up for eventual skyrocketing to higher ranks once you’ve weeded out the boosters.
It seems kind of counter productive to do this Double XP promotion with chips and soda just to simply stop us with this cap.
