I played ranked today 3 games, 1st game it started off as a 3 vs 4 with 3 on my team, no point in playing the other team started off winning by a lot, next two games i won and didnt rank up not a single bit. I guess its what i get for asking questions in this forum about how fraudulent their ranking system is, now they just made it worse 
but its more proof 343 has the power to keep you in a certain rank, they rank up their streamer friends when they âcomplainâ aka ask for onyx, on twitter, ive played against people who im better than and theyre in onyx, makes no sense but i guess if you disagree with 343 they come after your rank
Checking those recent games, both of them had a Platinum player and some low level Diamond players in them.
If the game expects you to win, which it probably did considering youâre Onyx/high Diamond 6, it isnât going to award you any points, or if it does, very little. Likewise, if you lose when it expects you to win, you lose a lot of points.
yes its made by design if they dont want you to rank up, it makes no sense why would i derank in a 3 v 4? they can make it so youll get onyx real fast if you streamed their game with a lot of viewers.
also no point in being in a game with plats so youre saying they wasted my time by placing me in a non ranked game which is why i didnt rank up lol either its by design or its broken or theyre able to place people in certain ranks.
I mean saying that they can âcontrolâ your rank through extrinsic factors is just a baseless accusationâŚ
I do agree that the match should be invalidated in the event of an uneven match, however. And the reason you got paired up with Plats is probably because one of them was tagging along with a much higher ranked buddy, which gets him thrown into your match.
I dont disagree with the notion that if you are below your buddy by a significant amount, it wonât let you play with them. Games like Overwatch and Apex do this.
