no i wasnt boosting, i was just seeing if i was capped i set the game lenth to 1 minute long so if i wasnt capped ide get about 400 xp which is nothing but i didnt, was just a check i dont boost im lvl 39

What on earth are you playing to get capped so early? Even playing Halo: Reach for 2 1/2 hours a day I didn’t get capped. Not calling you a booster but it does seem somewhat suspicious.

OP raises a legitimate concern albeit sounds like a handicap while doing so. Rest of Halo community however is a cancerous tumor that needs to be eradicated. Have never seen socially inept rejects such as thee.
This guy paid for the game and should be allowed to play for 24 hours a day and actually be rewarded for it if he so chooses… there must have been a longevity cap on my version of Halo 4 cuz after the first day I was being blocked from having fun…
