343 reads the forums. They don’t post often here but they read them.
They 100% read them every day 
The thing is, there is a very fine line between reading and listening. Yes they do read the forums, but they don’t exactly listen to what we say. And even if they do, they’re not doing a great job at giving us answers. You could say that there are just too many forums for them to read and respond to, but the thing is is that a lot of the forums are saying the same thing, whether it be asking for something to be added or taken away, or just talking about the game itself, they just don’t give us any answers or solutions.
